Love Day, also known as Day, is the co-founder of 3V Agency, a Chicago based creative agency, specializing in talent and brand representation, event production, and industry mentorship.

As a visionary and an enthusiast of black music and HipHop culture, Day is constantly creating ways to integrate her passion for entrepreneurship, live entertainment, and education.

She devotes this passion through her agency, curating events and working with large festivals such as North Coast Music Festival, Pitchfork, Spring Awakening, Lollapalooza, and many more. Day has had a significant hand in developing artists and brands within the HipHop collective, TheGr8Thinkaz and expanding The Miseducation of HipHop workshop series led by the HipHop duo, Mother Nature.

Day is a true entrepreneur at heart. Aside from her business endeavors, Day actively expresses her appreciation for music through DJing. Her sound is very euphoric, focusing on soulful edits and genre blending, sonically lightening up any room. 

In her short time span of being a sound selector, she has had the opportunity to DJ at major Chicago venues such as The Silver Room, Emporium Chicago, SubT, Bottom Lounge, and many more. 

Day has used her record selection and her skillset emceeing to open up for artists such as Mick Jenkins, Mother Nature, Cousin Stizz, Freddie Old Soul, Mo Mami, and many more. 

DJing allows Day to communicate her love for music and share it with others globally. While on tour with Mother Nature, Day was able to spin in Philadelphia, Brooklyn, Houston, and Oakland. Her ultimate vision is to be able to connect people through music and education.
